Monday Through Thursday 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM
Saturday 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM


Classes are one and a half hours in duration. All classes begin by stretching and warm up exercises to loosen the muscles in order to prevent injury. Then, depending upon your rank, you will learn punching, combinations of kicks and self defense techniques which include throwing and outbalancing your opponent, disarming knives, canes or any other weapon used.
